MGX is a 50 micron Cylinder Cast soft PVC Overlaminate, available in Gloss 005 or Matt 002.
The MGX is a perfect matched to Metamark MD-X digital wrapping media. providing assurance of dimensional stability and trouble free application over 3D surfaces, compound curves and recesses. The rule of thumb is the overlaminate must match or excess the life of the media.

Handling and Application:
- This product is suitable for cold lamination using a laminator.
- Ensure that the material has reached room temperature and a relative humidity of 50% before printing.
- Do not handle the face film, ensure free from dust and static.
- Allow the inks to cure before overlaminating, this is usually 24-48 hours. (Not applicable to HP Latex prints)
- Suitable for use on Solvent, UV and Latex prints.
- The product is matched to MetaWrap™. Matched laminates prevent tunnelling and delamination.
- Apply around 30°C on the top roller to prevent silvering of the adhesive.

- The user should determine suitability of the overlaminate to the print media.
