POLI-FLEX TURBO PRINT H20

TURBO® PRINT 4038 H2O is a heat-sealable, printable and water-based PU textile transfer film (opaque white, 90 µ) suitable for light and dark textiles, offering a high print resolution with a matt finish and it has a pleasant soft textile touch. Due to a special top coat, the film offers an excellent washing-resistance.

With a newly developed, self-adhesive PET film liner, even very small letters and motifs can be easily cut by all current CAD/CAM plotters after the printing process. We recommend using POLI-TACK 850 / 870 as a transfer tape and as a protection cover during the heat transfer.

TURBO® PRINT 4038 H2O can be applied at 3 different temperatures:
130 °c for 5 seconds, medium pressure
150 °c for 4 seconds, medium pressure 
160 °c for 3 seconds, medium pressure
*Please consider to adjust the application time when using highly structured cotton or cotton mixture fabrics.
*For application to Nylon that is treated with any kind of coating, please test for suitability.
150°c - pre heat for 5 sec -  Apply to Nylon for 5 sec - Light pressure.
Remove PET liner, cover transfer with silicon paper & apply for further 10 sec.

TURBO® PRINT 4038 H2O is compatible with all current printers using ECO-solvent, solvent and latex inks.
