Metamark MDP High Tack Blockout is a 100 micron, monomeric calandered PVC vinyl. The high tack adhesive solves the problem of adhesion onto smooth low energy surfaces like Polypropylene, as well as being a durable graphic onto extreme sports equipment. The grey pigment solvent based adhesive provides increased opacity. being 100 micron makes this an ideal solution for labels.

Adhesive Type:
- High-tack perm. Grey Solvent-based acrylic
- Weight 140 gsm nominal
- Type Layflat kraft paper with PE coating
Printing and Handling:
- Solvent, Eco Solvent, Latex and U.V. inkjet printers
- Ensure that the correct profiles & heater settings are used. Most profiles are available for download from www.metamark.co.uk
- Ensure material has reached room temperature & a relative humidity of 50% before printing
- Do not handle the face film directly, ensure it is free from dust and static
- Overlamination is recommended to prevent abrasion and to extend colour fastness.
- Allow the inks to cure before overlaminating, this is usually 24-48 hours.
- The matched laminate for MDP-H is MetaGuard 305 or 302. For all other laminates the user should determine suitability.
Application:
- Allow the inks to cure before cutting or overlaminating, usually 24-48 hours. Perform cut path as separate operation to avoid edge curl
- Not recommended for heavily textured surfaces. The user should determine suitability of substrate
- Metamark MDP-H is matched to Metamark MetaGuard 300 overlaminate to ensure consistent results.
