When will you get your order?

Ball & Doggett are a national company providing supplies to Signwriters and the likes all over Australia. We are committed to providing great customer service and premium delivery with superior turnaround times for all of our customers.
If your Regional order is placed before 2pm we will endeavour to ship your order the same day that the order is placed,(subject to order size and stock availability)however; we cannot guarantee this or same day delivery.
Once your order has been processed and scheduled for shipping we will update you with a tracking number and the name of the courier company used to send your order.

Ball & Doggett aims to make your shopping experience an easy one! With this in mind we will accept any change of mind or incorrectly ordered items within 7 days of purchase (excluding stock that has been cut down to customer specific sizes) subject to a 10% restocking fee.
